How long will it take to get a new website?
While we do understand the excitement that comes with getting a new website, this is never a process that we’d rush. The duration of the development process depends on quite a few factors including if the website is new or is a redesign, assets needed from your end, your availability regarding feedback and action items, and how many site pages you have requested. On an average, we will shoot for around 45 days for a typical timeframe. Please note that there are different packages that allow for additional revisions which can alter the expected development time.
Do you only create WordPress websites?
Yes, WordPress websites are what SaySo Productions specializes in. WordPress is a content management system that is extremely flexible and commonly used by companies around the world. If you are not familiar with WordPress, we will be sure to walk you through the dashboard upon completion of the website.
Will I own the website?
The website is 100% yours upon completion. While we do not recommend making too many adjustments to your website, at least until you are fully comfortable, the final product is yours. We are here to provide the best service for you as long as we are needed. This brings up the importance of considering our ongoing digital marketing plans which covers any website updates that may come about after launch.
Will you maintain the website for me?
The maintenance of your website is dependent on which package you choose. We highly recommend for our clients to sign up for a digital marketing plan which provides you with the peace of mind of having ongoing maintenance your you to utilize. If you decide that you are not interested in equipping a digital marketing plan, we are still able to accommodate any changes for our hourly rate of $90.
Will the website come with content?
You will be responsible for the creation of your content, unless it is specified that you need assistance with original content. You are the expert within your field and your customers would love to get insight from you directly. Don’t worry, we can provide you with questions that should be answered on your website and will be sure to implement them as needed. If you are uncomfortable, or simply do not have the time, we do offer content creation at an additional fee. There are website packages that include content creation, so it is always an option at the end of the day.
How much is the cost of the website and when will I need to pay?
There isn’t one particular price for a website, due to different needs and structures. Every site is different and we try our best to treat each one as such. We are mindful to our clients’ needs/wants and will work with you as best as possible to create the perfect website for you. Each project begins with a lengthy conversation to make sure that we are on the same page in regards to your expectations. Keeping budgets in mind, we have created a few packages that begin as low as $400. Customer satisfaction is our priority, and we do not want to pair anyone with a package that does not properly match your needs. We do offer custom quotes if we are not able to closely match your needs with our established packages. 50% of the agreed quote price is required to begin your website’s development, with the remaining balance due prior to full launch. We accept PayPal & major credit cards.
Will my website be mobile friendly?
Yes, your website will be mobile friendly. We understand that we live in a time where a large number of the population, especially your customers, have mobile phones. Keeping this in mind, we want to provide your potential, and existing, customers with the best website experience. Your website will be accessible on desktop, mobiles phones, and tablets.
What if I need help on my site down the road?
If you are not signed up for a maintenance plan by the end of your website’s development stage, you can sign up at any point! We have digital marketing plans that you can choose from, as well as custom plans if needed. You can also opt for “as-needed” website support which will be billed before engaging on any requests not included within an existing plan.
Will you provide hosting for the website?
Unfortunately, we do not provide the hosting aspect of your website, but can certainly offer assistance with pointing you in the right direction. Some hosts that we recommend are featured below:
